Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how THE REIF LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with the REIF Dashboard application and website (the "Service"). The Service is a private business-management tool for THE REIF's team, property owners, and residents. Access requires an authorized account.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to identify your account. Access is restricted to accounts we have authorized.
• Business records. Information you or our team enter in the course of property management and construction operations — for example properties, leases, work orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Connected Google services. If you connect Gmail, Calendar, or Tasks, the Service accesses those services on your behalf solely to provide in-app email, calendar, and task features. We do not sell or share this data, and use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Information

• To operate the Service: authentication, property management, maintenance coordination, accounting, and team communication.
• To communicate with you about your properties, leases, or work orders.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on infrastructure we control, with access limited to authorized team members.
• Connections to the Service are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Google account tokens are stored securely and used only for the features you enable.

Data Sharing

We share information only: (a) with service providers necessary to operate the business (e.g., payment or accounting systems), (b) when required by law, or (c) with your direction or consent. We never sell your data.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain business records as required for legal, tax, and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us; we will honor requests except where retention is legally required.

Children's Privacy

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
